Meet Christine

Founder and Principal Occupational Therapist

As a mother, neurodivergent thinker, and experienced occupational therapist, Christine understands that life is complex and multifaceted. She brings both lived experience and professional expertise to her practice, offering a neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach that celebrates individual perspective. By creating an authentic and safe space, she ensures that every client feels seen and supported through the various transitions and challenges of their personal journey.

With a clinical background spanning the entire lifespan—from perinatal wellbeing and developmental support to disability care and end-of-life support—Christine is dedicated to helping people engage in activities that bring meaning and purpose to their lives. She views therapy as a collaborative partnership rooted in genuine connection, whether the focus is on achieving major life milestones or simply making daily routines more manageable and fulfilling.

Beyond her clinical work, Christine is a passionate mentor to the next generation of therapists and an explorer who finds joy in nature and family adventures. She believes that a meaningful life is built on curiosity and self-compassion rather than perfection. In every therapeutic relationship, she walks alongside her clients to help them discover what matters most and build a life that is uniquely and beautifully their own.

Meet Saffi

Occupational Therapist

Saffi is an occupational therapist with experience across paediatrics, youth mental health and community physical health. She enjoys getting to know people as individuals, understanding what matters to them and finding ways to make everyday life a little easier and more meaningful. She recognises that everyone experiences the world differently and aims to create a relaxed, welcoming space where people feel comfortable being themselves.

With a love of movement, sensory exploration and nature, Saffi enjoys bringing creativity, curiosity and play into her sessions. She takes a holistic approach to occupational therapy, considering how our minds, bodies and environments influence the way we feel and engage with the world around us. She values working alongside individuals and their families, exploring different approaches together and finding what works for them. Whether it's building confidence, developing new skills or finding ways to navigate everyday challenges, she believes that small steps can make a meaningful difference.

Outside of work, Saffi enjoys spending time in nature, exploring new places, practising yoga and finding creative outlets. She appreciates the importance of slowing down, connecting with others and making space for the things that bring us joy. These interests naturally find their way into her work, where she hopes to encourage curiosity, connection and a sense of belonging, while supporting people to engage in the things that matter most to them.
